How does AktivLang work?
AktivLang provides daily writing prompts in your target language. You write a response, receive AI-powered feedback with corrections and suggestions, then revise your writing to improve. This active practice helps you build real confidence in expressing yourself.
What languages are supported?
Currently, AktivLang supports Spanish, French, German, Italian, Dutch, and Portuguese. We're working on adding more languages soon!
How much does AktivLang cost?
AktivLang offers a free trial so you can experience the app before subscribing. After the trial, you can choose between monthly or annual subscription plans. Check the app for current pricing in your region.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings:

Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Can I use AktivLang offline?
AktivLang requires an internet connection to generate personalized feedback on your writing. However, you can view your past sessions and progress offline.
How is my writing data used?
Your writing is processed by AI to generate feedback, but we don't use your personal content to train AI models. Your data is stored securely and you can request deletion at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.
What level of language proficiency do I need?
AktivLang is designed for learners at all levels, from beginners to advanced. The prompts and feedback adapt to help you practice at your current level while gradually challenging you to improve.
How often should I practice?
We recommend practicing a little every dayβeven just 5-10 minutes. Consistency is more important than duration. AktivLang is designed to fit into your daily routine without pressure.
I found a bug or the app isn't working properly

How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account and all associated data by going to Settings in the app and selecting "Delete Account", or by emailing us at cem@plotcamp.com. Please note that account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Can I restore my purchases on a new device?
Yes! If you've switched devices, you can restore your subscription by going to Settings in the app and tapping "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used for the original purchase.
